2024 STUDENTS FOR INNOVATION: Advocacy Day at the State Capitol in Springfield. Students from Dr. Pilgreen’s Creative Writing class presented to legislators, teachers, and students from across the state about how they are using Adobe’s generative AI features to enhance their learning. Above (L-R): Valeria Mercado, State Representative Charlie Meier, Kaylie Brines, Destiny Wuebbles, and Jeross Arcega. Their presentation was titled “AI in Action: Creative Writing Edition” and featured general information about generative AI as well as several student work samples, including AI-generated artwork to accompany original poems and AI-generated original characters.
